Day 2... a little better but not what I hoped it would be

So today I ate 4 chicken nuggets at 3:30pm and a small salad at 6:00pm. Drinks for the day included one regular coke, a 16 oz bottle of lemonade, and water.
My period brought about a massive amount of irritability and I wanted to slap just about everyone at work, though they hadn't done anything wrong. I got really dizzy from the pain in my back, and the pain from my cramps. I worked for around 9 hours, so I was on my feet running back and forth from front of the store to the back all day. So I guess, 9 hours of slow cardio would count as my workout. Not much to speak of today.
